Dear users,
our server providers notified us on February 15, 2016 of a serious server hardware failure. The server hardware was restored on February 22, 2016. Due to the unfortunate incident of two disks failing together (one of them a backup of the other), we were unable to restore some of the user data.
This is of course inexcusable and we have since added several new layers of redundancy in our backup measures to protect from similar future hardware failures.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
