Chords

Here's a list of available chords, together with their notation and intervals. For example, take the Xmaj7 chord. To use this chord in your backing track, you use the same notation - you only need to replace X with the actual root -- like C -- to get Cmaj7.

Slash chords

  • X/Y - these are a special category of chords, where X can be any of the chords above and Y the replacement root.
